“Senso” refers both to “sensory” and to “sensors”.  Our work intersects these 2 dimensions.​

 

Sensory, because we believe that artwork directly impacting our senses delivers a particularly strong communicative strength​

 

Sensors, because the advent of myriads of tiny connected sensors will introduce a brand new relationship between us and technology. It will open up a new kind of art: an interactive art, evolving not only according to our gestures and our behaviors, but also in direct relation with meaningful data gleaned from multiple sensors embedded in our daily environment​​​​​​​​​​.​

SENSOaRT creations are inspired by seminal values that craft their originality.

 

Our first value is the multidimensionality of our work. Using an integrative approach to take into account numerous and different parameters, we create artworks that combine Art, Technology, Ecology, Design.

At the Art level, we focus on articulating the immediate power of the sensory with the in-depth meaning of the symbolic and with the beauty of colors and shapes. Our aim is to design artworks which are sensations rich, emotions laden, and pleasant to contemplate.
 

Technology wise, we are mesmerized by the speed and the extent of technological evolutions which continuously open up new perspectives. We are particularly exploring the hybridization between the digital and the material, the virtual and the real, mainly through the design of smart art objects, able to interact with people and things.

Ecologically, we make sure that our creations are sustainable and recyclable. But above all, we look after their contributions to energy savings and biodiversity preservation. We design them in order to make them induce an exemplary behavior from their owners in this regard

Finally, we like to make a link between design and art, by using the single objects we have designed as components of larger art installations that sparks off vivid sensations and deep emotions.
